Very nice
Do you ride it much?
Most RZ500 riders put like 200 miles a year on them. Hell I have not ridden mine in a year  :argh:.
Have a customer with a RD500 he rides it all the time, nice to see..

I have been riding it a lot since the upgrades. It has 26000 klms on it from new but 4000 of them have been in the last year.

I have a few other bikes so i ride them a fair bit.

inspiring. I need to upgrade my front forks badly. jeezus your bikes nice! and the best part is it looks like it was supposed to be produced that way.

Very Nicely done! What is your opinion of handeling and braking on it now vs. stock? Is it like stepping forward in time a hundred years?

This is a photo before i did any mods

About 2years ago i did a RGV250 front and Aprilia RS250 swingarm and RGV wheels it transformed the handling like you wouldn't believe.
But i wanted to make it all yamaha again so i did the mods you see now

Now the handling is %100 better than the original bike. I think it is a combination of suspension the wheelbase being about 30mm longer and the super sticky tyres.
The brembo brakes are incredible they took a bit of getting used to.

Thanks for the positive comments

Thanks for the positive comments

Front turn signals are Ebay ones
rear turn signals are Rizoma
mirrors are ebay items. they were designed to bolt to handle bars bit i modified them to bolt straight to the original mounts.
rear vision with these mirrors is restricted by your arms but they keep the cops of your back.

SWEET!

Thanks for posting more pics - that's awesome.

I love my RD's, but I have been drooling over RZ's for years.
One of these days....  :)
