AMA Supercross 2017

Opening round tonight! Anaheim 1 - Jan 7   :rock:

-New rules format for 2017: Timed races. Mains are 15min + 1 lap for 250SX and 20min + 1 lap for 450SX
-No Bubba this year (without a ride)   :(

Are they doing the points reset too? I like the timed racing like the outdoors.

I used to follow Supercross and MX really closely. When I check in from time to time it seems like the sport is a little past it's hay-day and struggling to find some footing. Stewart not having a ride is a prime example.
Beatings will continue until moral improves.

Yeah, I haven't gone to one in a while. I hit my first one back in 1980 in the Superdome and was hooked since then. Now outdoors is a different story, those are best viewed live and in person.

I'll be at the St. Louis round, and maybe the Detroit round too depending on my work travel schedule.

I watched A1, and I'm not sure that Stewart would have made any difference in that outcome... The way Roczen is riding, the only person who could beat him right now is Roczen himself.
