help a newbie post some pics. i want to start a thread in the haus of projects, but idunno how to post pics. do i need a photobucket account or something? or is there a way to use the pics that are already stored on my computer?

Yes, you need to host the photos on the Internet somewhere  (e.g., Photobucket, Flikr, imageshack, etc.)

No worries.  My wish was for the noobs' sake, not for my own.

People can ask questions all they want.  That's what this place is for.  But it would be easier on the noob if the info was in a sticky.
