Gasket Templates
These are gasket templates. Basically, scans of a complete gasket kit. Since gasket kits are hard to come by, even on eBay, I have provided scans of a complete gasket kit. You can print these out and use them as templates to cut out the correct gaskets from bulk gasket material. This is a scan of Suzuki Part# 11400-23810, which is the complete top and bottom end gasket kit.
These scans include all contents of the gasket kit, with the exception of the spark plug crush washer, and the exhaust gasket, since both of them are thick crush washers, and don't lend themselves to the 2D nature of the scanner. Thicknesses are listed with all gaskets. Commercial bulk gasket material tends to be thicker than these and crush down when put into service. The stock gaskets don't seem like they will crush much, so don't worry too much about gasket thickness, as long as its in the ballpark. All gaskets are a quantity of 1 unless otherwise noted.
These scans were done at 300dpi, and must be printed at 300dpi to come out the correct size. All scans should fit on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper.
